Return & Refund Policy
At Seventus, all products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your branded email]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will coordinate a replacement or refund with the responsible fulfillment partner on your behalf.
Return Address
As our products are fulfilled by multiple production partners depending on the item ordered, return addresses vary by order. Do not ship any item back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or processed.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items and gift cards
- All Seventus products, which feature original designs created exclusively for our brand and are produced on demand — all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Personalized or customized items, including products modified at the customer's request (such as added names, monograms, or custom design elements) — these are final sale under any circumstances, except in the case of a production defect
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you retain the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer law. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Please contact us to initiate this process.
