Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At Seventus, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please allow for production time before shipment begins.

2. Processing & Production Time

All orders require a production period before they are handed off to a carrier. Production times vary by product category and fulfillment partner, typically ranging from 2–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery windows vary depending on the item ordered and the fulfillment partner responsible for production. Available options may include:

  • Economy: Lowest cost; estimated delivery 7–20 business days depending on destination
  • Standard: Estimated delivery 5–10 business days domestically; 10–20 business days internationally
  • Expedited: Where available; estimated delivery 2–5 business days domestically; varies internationally

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Seventus has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking availability may vary by carrier and shipping option selected. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at seventus.storebrand@gmail.com.

6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items fulfilled by different production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.

7. Shipping Delays

Seventus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Seventus is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. For packages lost in transit, contact us at seventus.storebrand@gmail.com and we will work with the fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Seventus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at seventus.storebrand@gmail.com — we can only make changes before production begins.
